Shipping & Delivery:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We are not open or process orders on weekends or National U.S. observed Holidays. Orders received after 3pm CT will be processed the next business day.
- Melanie Mills Hollywood offers USPS shipping with the option of Priority or First Class to all 50 U.S. states and International. Shipping costs are actual costs from the USPS based on the weight of item and destination. Please note that First Class mail is equivilant to mailing a letter, there is no guarantee of time or delivery. If you need your order within a certain time line or guaraneed delivery please choose Priority Mail as the option.
- Free U.S. shipping is available for orders over $75. Items sent with the Free Shipping option are sent by First Class USPS.
- Melanie Mills Hollywood is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or misdelivered by the USPS. If you prefer to have insurance coverage for your shipment please choose Priority Mail, First Class does not offer coverage.
- We are also not responsible for an address that was inputted incorrectly by the customer, if your package is returned to our warehouse due to an incomplete or undeliverable address, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. We will issue a refund for the price of the product less the 20% restock fee and shipping fees. You will need to replace your order.
- Shipping times vary and are estimated, not a guarantee, for accurate delivery information please track your package once shipped. Any questions regarding delivery should be directed to your local Postal Office.
- Please note that International orders if shipped by USPS First Class mail can take 6-8 weeks for delivery. In certain regions, the Postal Service may not deliver but will call for a pickup. If your item is returned due to a non-pick up, you will be charged the 20% restocking fee. Any delays caused by the receiving countries customs is out of the control of Melanie Mills Hollywood. We highly recommend any orders shipping international the shipping method to be Priority Mail.
- Melanie Mills Hollywood products are made in the USA and all orders ship from our headquarters in Nashville TN.

- Melanie Mills Hollywood is unable to accept returns.Please note all sales are final.
International Ordering
- Melanie Mills Hollywood cosmetics are now available internationally. We use USPS First Class or USPS Priority for the shipping method.
